Strike 3 - you are out Neil........

Hi there.
Where has the time gone? June is fast drawing to a close and here I am with my last project to share....... but before that I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to Jennie and Hels for asking me, I have really enjoyed my time as a Contributing Artist here.
So, for my last project I altered a frame
I have not yet decided what photo to put in there so I did the inside too...... I like it so I may not add a picture just yet!
I started out with white paper and stamped the calligraphic mat 1 all over in sepia archival ink inking up again about every 3rd time. After that I used Forest Moss distress ink and a selection of pocket watches from the Time and keys plate to stamp all over. The last one was the small cogs which I stamped in Vintage photo distress ink. Everything then spritzed with Walnut stain and Perfect Pearls mister mix and blended.
Some gold paint was dry-brushed over.

Some of the details, and the old watch added from my collection to finish off.
Lastly I stamped the Create definition randomly in brown.
So, that's it from me folks I do hope you enjoyed sharing this part of my creative journey with me.....

  2. Fabulous frame Neil, I love all the clocks and I understand and wouldn't want to put a pic in either, you would hide the glorious stamping if you did, LOL Gay xxx
