Winner of September's Challenge and a giveaway!

It's that time of the month again that I love, when I get to choose a winner of the blog challenge, and giveaway some stamps! This time I get to giveaway stamps to the winner and to one of you too! It just happens that my post here coincides with the release of some NEW STAMPS from The Artistic Stamper! But, first the winner of the challenge.
