This month the theme is A Stitch in Time and can be interpreted any way you
like, as long as it has rubber stamps on it.

simple; all we would like you to do is, make a piece of artwork, making
sure that you include the theme and some rubber stamping. Pop back here

see what you've made and then, leave us a comment to let us know you

I
am thrilled to have this opportunity to Guest Design for this
months ‘A Stitch in Time’ Challenge.
It’s
no secret that I love flowers and when I saw the Cape Daisy Trio I could
see that I could sit and stitch while watching TV, as I often do.
I
stamped my background fabric with the negative flower image, which I did
by using different coloured inks onto the stamp.
I
coloured more fabric with inktense blocks before stamping the positive
image. I used metallic steel and gold coloured thread to sew in the details
on the stamp and then cut them out.
My
original plan was to make a journal cover but I enjoyed doing this so much
I made matching pencil holder from an old coffee tin. It
will remain on my balcony so that if I get any ideas while I am reading
out there I have them to hand!

I made this little stitched picture using Debs Smith new smaller Feather, inked onto a painted piece of calico. and stitched onto a piece of black fabric. Lots of mark making in the background, and glued onto a small canvas board.
We hope that you will join in this month's challenge, and also join us on Facebook too. We look forward to seeing your creations. Don't forget to add a comment when you have posted your entry.
Have a Happy Creative Month
Stay safe
