No stamp for this project ! By Titbelsoeur

Hello happy maskers and stencilers ! this project is for you !
My challenge for this post was to use NO STAMP AT ALL, but Artistic Stamper's products though... and I succeeded !

And I hope you will appreciate this step by step :
Starting with spraying ink through Chevron Mask 6 x 6"

 positive and negative ways :
then applying acrylic paint with a brush :

then Large Dot Mask 6 x 6"

which hid the chevrons... then back to chevrons, gesso with a brush :
 here it is :

Now let's use new masks such as Petal 6 x 6"

When finished, I cut the paper in 3 pieces : 2 tags and a bookmark

Last but not least : Word Mask 6 x 6" and Flowers & Leaves long © Lesley Matthewson 4" x 11"

Summer time !

Hello happy crafters !
Summer is on its way, and it feels good ! and it is the theme of this month challenge !
For those who are looking for inspiration to play with us, I have made this card

using the following Artistic Stamper's stuff :

First I have colored the background with acrylic paint and distress ink through
the Flowers & Leaves long mask
When I felt it was colored enough, I have stamped
Flutterby
flowers from Encyclopaedia Botanica and Botanical 2
and then the sentiment from Journaling Words 3
And at the end I have bordered butterflies, words and some flowers with white gel pen.

Thanks so much for stopping by,
your comments are very much appreciated.
I hope you will participate in our June challenge
to win some fabulous Artistic Stamper stamps.

Let's art journal in May by Titbelsoeur

Hello happy journalers !
You know that the May challenge at the Artistic Stamper is "Journaling your heART out!" and I have decided to make this page for you...

I started by gluing some pieces of "test" pages, this one to test Neil's stamp on to my home-made gelli plate :

or that one that was used to clean my A.S. Sequin mask up :

So here is the 1st layer background :

Some gesso here and there, then brown and green acrylic paint, with a brush or with a baby wipe through A.S. Sequin and Petals masks

Then stamps as backgrounds : car, alphabet soup, dots with black Archival

And to end, let's stamp words with black and brown Archival, paint some circles with a bottle cap and write some unreadable words in white and black, and here it is :

To make this page, I have used :
black and brown Archival inks
Large Sequin and Petals Artistic Stamper's masks
Dots background stamp
Neil Walker's alphabet soup and fantasy background
Debbie Cotton's Linington's automotive Sales
Journaling Words #5, Imagine 4.5 cm, Creative 4.5 cm and Journaling Words 3

Thanks so much for stopping by,
your comments are very much appreciated.
I hope you will participate in our May challenge
to win some fabulous Artistic Stamper stamps.
